Chicken Mhamer Moroccan Style (Easy)

This Moroccan-style chicken mhamer is a delicious, easy-to-make dish that will have your family begging for more. It’s a great way to add some exotic flair to your dinner table.


  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup of olive oil
  • 2 onions, diced
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped


  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the onions and garlic and sauté until they are softened.
  3. Add the cumin, paprika, chili powder and turmeric to the pan and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 4 minutes per side or until they are cooked through.
