Chicken Leftovers with Pasta Balls Recipe

  • 1 ½ cups cooked chopped roasted chicken
  • 1 cup cooked macaroni pasta
  • ½ cup cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, combine the chicken, macaroni, cream cheese, butter, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until everything is well combined.

Form the mixture into 1-inch balls and roll in the breadcrumbs. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
