- 4 chicken drumsticks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken drumsticks and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 5 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 3 minutes. Add the carrots and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
