These spicy chicken curry patties are made with a delicious combination of minced chicken, almonds and spices. Serve them as an appetizer or a main dish!
- 1 lb ground chicken
- ½ cup almonds, chopped
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
In a bowl, mix together the ground chicken, chopped almonds, curry powder, cumin powder and salt. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Form the chicken mixture into small patties and add them to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Serve hot.
