Chicken Breasts with Mustard

This classic French dish is easy to make and sure to please. Serve it with roasted potatoes and a simple green salad for a delicious meal.

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a small bowl, mix together the mustard, olive oil, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper. Rub the mixture over the chicken breasts. Arrange the chicken in a baking dish.

Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
