- 2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, honey, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, ginger and oregano. Season with salt and pepper.
Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, making sure they are evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and cook for 6-8 minutes per side or until cooked through. Serve immediately.
