Chicken and Chorizo Skewers with Paprika

These delicious Chicken and Chorizo Skewers with Paprika are sure to be a hit at any summer gathering. Perfectly grilled, they are packed with flavor, easy to make and fun to eat!

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/2 pound chorizo sausage, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 red bell pepper, seeded and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. In a large bowl, combine the chicken cubes, chorizo cubes, bell pepper cubes, olive oil, paprika, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix until everything is well combined.

Thread the chicken and chorizo onto skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes beforehand). Grill the skewers for 8-10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the chorizo is golden brown.

Serve hot off the grill with your favorite sides.
