- 1/2 pound cubed cheese (any type)
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- In a bowl, combine the cubed cheese, cherry tomatoes, and mushrooms.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the top of the mixture and sprinkle with oregano.
- Mix until everything is evenly coated.
