Brochettes de poulet

These chicken skewers make a tasty and easy meal. Serve with your favorite sides and a salad for an easy dinner.

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

In a medium bowl, combine the olive oil, soy sauce, garlic and salt and pepper. Add the cubed chicken to the marinade and stir to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight.

Preheat grill for medium heat.

Thread chicken onto skewers and discard marinade.

Lightly oil grill grate. Grill skewers for 10 to 12 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through.
