Brochettes de poulet mariné

These marinated chicken skewers are packed with flavor and easy to make. Make sure to leave enough time for the chicken to marinate and soak up all the delicious flavors.

  • 3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Cut the chicken into cubes and place in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper. Pour the marinade over the chicken and toss to coat evenly. Cover the bowl and let the chicken marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.

  • Skewers (soaked in water for at least 20 minutes)

Preheat your grill to medium heat. Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto soaked skewers. Grill for 8-10 minutes or until cooked through (165°F internal temperature). Serve warm.
