These delicious curry chicken kebabs are the perfect dish for a summer BBQ. With a hint of spice and a lot of flavor, they will be sure to please everyone around the grill!
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 tablespoons curry powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
Cut chicken into cubes and place in a bowl. In a separate bowl, mix together garlic powder, ginger, curry powder, salt, oil and honey. Pour mixture over chicken cubes and stir until evenly coated. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- 8 bamboo skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes)
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Thread chicken cubes onto skewers and grill for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
Serve hot with your favorite sides.
