Brochettes de Poulet au Curry

These chicken skewers are marinated in a delicious curry sauce for extra flavor. Serve them with your favorite side dish for a tasty meal.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 tablespoons mild curry powder
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Cut the chicken into cubes and place in a shallow dish. In a separate bowl, mix together the curry powder, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Pour the curry mixture over the chicken and stir to coat evenly. Cover the dish and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Thread the chicken cubes onto skewers and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Serve hot with your favorite side dish.
