Brochette of chicken and vegetables with yogurt sauce

This recipe is a great way to enjoy the flavors of chicken and vegetables with a delicious yogurt sauce! The marinated chicken and vegetables are cooked in the oven for a healthy and flavorful meal.


  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Vegetables:

  • 2 bell peppers, cut into cubes
  • 1 red onion, cut into cubes

For the Sauce:

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice


  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken cubes with the olive oil, garlic, oregano, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  3. Thread the chicken cubes onto skewers alternating with the bell pepper cubes and onion cubes.
  4. Place the skewers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. Meanwhile, make the yogurt sauce by combining the Greek yogurt and lemon juice in a medium bowl.
  6. Serve the brochettes warm with the yogurt sauce on the side.
