This delicious and easy-to-make marinated chicken skewer recipe is a great addition to any summer barbecue. It is sure to be a hit with everyone!
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, soy sauce, white vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, honey, Dijon mustard, garlic, oregano, and basil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix until combined.
Add the cubed chicken to the marinade and stir until all of the pieces are evenly coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to overnight.
Preheat an outdoor grill to medium-high heat.
Thread the chicken onto skewers that have been soaked in water for 20 minutes. Discard any remaining marinade.
