Biscuits aux noisettes en forme de noix

These nut-shaped hazelnut cookies are a delicious treat for any occasion. With a crunchy exterior and a light and fluffy interior, these treats are sure to be a hit!


  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¾ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ cup butter, melted and cooled
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped hazelnuts


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder and baking soda.
  3. Add the butter, eggs, and vanilla extract and mix until just combined.
  4. Stir in the chopped hazelnuts.
  5. Using a tablespoon measure or cookie scoop, drop dough onto prepared baking sheets about 2 inches apart. Gently press down on each cookie to flatten slightly.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool on the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
