Baked Marinated Chicken Drumsticks

This baked marinated chicken drumsticks recipe is a great way to get a tasty dinner on the table with minimal effort. The marinade adds flavor and moisture to the chicken, resulting in juicy and succulent drumsticks every time.

  • 2 lb. chicken drumsticks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves, chopped

Preheat oven to 400°F. Place the chicken drumsticks in a baking dish. In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, honey, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and thyme until combined. Pour over the chicken and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight for best results.

Remove from fridge and bake for 25 minutes. Uncover and continue baking for an additional 10-15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
