Baked Chicken Thighs with Curry

This is an easy and delicious recipe for baked chicken thighs cooked with curry spice. It’s a great way to add flavour to your meal without much effort.

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of curry powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
