This easy baked chicken and rice dish is the perfect weeknight meal. With only four ingredients, it comes together in no time!
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups cooked white or brown rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). In a 9×13 inch baking dish, combine the cooked chicken, cooked rice, cream of mushroom soup and shredded cheese. Mix together until everything is well combined.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until everything is bubbly and cheese is melted. Serve hot.
