This easy baked chicken and rice dish is the perfect dinner for busy nights. All you need are four simple ingredients and a few minutes of prep for a comforting and delicious meal!
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup uncooked long grain white rice
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 can (14.5 ounces) chicken broth
Preheat oven to 375°F. Place the chicken breasts in an 8×8-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Pour the uncooked rice on top of the chicken. Pour the chicken broth over everything. Cover the baking dish with foil.
Bake for 30 minutes, remove foil, bake an additional 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and rice is tender.
