Aiguillettes de poulet au citron et moutarde à l’ancienne

This classic chicken dish is a tasty and simple way to enjoy the flavors of lemon, mustard, and garlic. It’s perfect for a weeknight dinner or a weekend lunch.

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350°F. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, mustard, oregano, salt and pepper. Pour over chicken and turn to coat. Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
