Aiguillettes de poulet à la crème de chorizo poivron et tomates confites

This delicious dish of chicken with a creamy chorizo, pepper and sundried tomato sauce is a great way to enjoy a flavorful meal!

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 500g chicken aiguillettes
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 red pepper, diced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 100g chorizo, diced
  • 200ml double cream
  • 50g sundried tomatoes, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken aiguillettes and cook for 5 minutes until lightly browned. Add the garlic, red pepper and paprika and cook for another 3 minutes.

Add the chorizo and cook for 2 minutes. Pour in the double cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the sundried tomatoes and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 8-10 minutes until the sauce has thickened.

Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
